Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster made their red carpet debut in September when he promoted Song Sung Blue. Jackman, 57, is out again to talk about his playful movie, The Sheep Detectives, with his former Broadway co-star beside him.

Sutton, 51, posed next to Jackman on the red carpet at the New York premiere of the comedy at Jazz at Lincoln Center. Sutton wore a sparkling Markarian dress, according to Just Jared. Jackman was in a matching greyish blue Dolce & Gabbana suit. The movie shows him playing a murdered shepherd, and his flock of sheep tries to solve who is behind his demise.

News of the couple dating spread in January 2025 after they were photographed holding hands, according to PEOPLE. This was after they co-starred in the Broadway musical, Music Man.

The couple attended CATS: The Jellicle Ball on April 14 at the Broadhurst Theatre, according to PEOPLE. "They were raving about the show," a source said. "Since both of them are trained dancers, they were completely in love with the ensemble, who are a blend of traditional theater dancers and dancers from the world of Ballroom."
The musical typically has interactions with the audience, and Foster. "Sutton was especially excited about the fans distributed to select audience members, and how much fun and excitement they added to the show," the insider said.
Jackman posed with the rest of The Sheep Detectives cast, which includes Chris O'Dowd, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Molly Gordon,Regina Hall, Rhys Darby, Brett Goldstein, Emma Thompson, and Nicholas Braun. The Sheep Detectives premieres on May 8, 2026.
